In consultation with public health authorities, the COVID-19 outbreak at Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre (SLMHC) has been declared over.

COVID-19 Outbreak Declared at SLMHC
Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre (SLMHC) has identified cases of hospital-acquired COVID 19. This means that, effective immediately, SLMHC will limit visitors to a maximum of two (2) per patient. For more info, click here.

Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre (SLMHC) would like to express sincere condolences to the family and extended family of Emily Gregg. In 2006, Emily became the first Elder in Residence at SLMHC, under the Traditional Healing Program.

Rapid Access Addictions Medicine Clinic operating out of SLMHC, Sioux Lookout Emergency Shelter
The new Rapid Access Addictions Medicine (RAAM) Clinic is now operating out of Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centres’ (SLMHC) Mental Health and Addiction Program (MHAP) and the Sioux Lookout Emergency Shelter.
