After 41 years at Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre (SLMHC), Lori Donnelly is officially saying goodbye.

After starting her career as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), Lori has pursued further education throughout her tenure to provide health care in multiple areas at SLMHC. Most recently, Lori was a  resource and mentor for staff members at SLMHC while in her role as Patient Care Manager.

“I’m going to miss the people. I’m going to miss working with our patients and taking care of them. I’m also going to miss working with our staff and making sure they have what they need to do their jobs. I’ll miss seeing everybody, and being around the building,” she says.

“Lori has been a vital member of our SLMHC team for many years, and we will miss her. We are grateful for all her work and dedication to our patients, and ensuring we provide Excellence Every Time. We wish her all the best in retirement,” says Dean Osmond, Acting SLMHC President and CEO.

Lori says she’s looking forward to enjoying time, and making more memories, with her family.

“I’m looking forward to spending time with family, especially my grandchildren, my mom, and my husband,” she concludes.
