Admitting and Registration
Hours of Operation
Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
All patients need to check in with Registration, located in our Ambulatory Care (Canoe) area. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your appointment.
Remember your health card when coming to SLMHC.
Need to renew or have questions about your health card? Visit Service Ontario.
Emergency Registration
When you come to Emergency, please stop to register. The registration desk is located in the waiting area of the Emergency department.
Hours of Operation:
24 hour coverage, every day
If your condition changes after registering and while you are in the waiting area, please notify a clerk or nurse.
Visitors: Please check in at Nursing desk before visiting a patient.
