Celebrating Careers: Debbie Woychyshyn retiring after 31 years at SLMHC

Debbie Woychyshyn, Laundry Aide, is officially saying goodbye after over 30 years of devoted service at Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre (SLMHC).

Debbie Woychyshyn, Laundry Aide, is officially saying goodbye after over 30 years of devoted service at Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre (SLMHC).

Debbie has worked in housekeeping, dietary, and most recently laundry during her time at SLMHC. She says she’s going to miss all of the great people she’s been able to work with every day.

“I’ve loved working with my co-workers over the years. It was very nice. I’m definitely going to miss everyone here,” she says.

Debbie says she’s looking forward to more time with family, along with fishing and hunting, during retirement.

“I’m really looking forward to going to camp more, and I love fishing and hunting… It will be so nice to see family more.”

Debbie will be greatly missed at SLMHC.
