Local family wins over $45,000 in second SLMHC Foundation 50/50 draw

Jeremy Caul and his family officially picked up their big winnings, totaling over $45,000, on Jan. 8.

Jeremy Caul, and his family, took home $45,282 after their winning Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre (SLMHC) Foundation 50/50 ticket was drawn on Jan. 8.

“We are so excited because it means a lot to our family to be able to plant some roots here in Sioux Lookout. We’re really excited,” said Jeremy. “I bought a set of tickets a couple weeks ago, and then on a last second whim I decided to buy some more tickets two days before the draw. It was actually those tickets that won!”
