SLMHC welcomes Minister Miller for hospital tour

The Honourable Marc Miller, Minister of Indigenous Services, took time for a tour of Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre (SLMHC) during his visit to Sioux Lookout on February 13, 2020.

Joined by members of the Minister’s office as well as members of Indigenous Services Canada, Miller took a one-hour tour of SLMHC to learn more about the programs and services offered as well as the challenges and successes of the health centre.

Miller was in Sioux Lookout and Lac Seul First Nation to celebrate Lac Seul’s new water treatment plant and its grand opening held earlier that day as well as a community visit at Kwayaciiwin Education Resource Centre.
