Job Summary:
The Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide clerical support to
the Quality and Patient Safety Lead, Director of Patient Care Services and the Director of Corporate Services.
• Certificate/Diploma in secretarial/business administration studies or a combination of education and experience
• Superior knowledge of office administration functions, interdepartmental liaison and public relations.
• Proven critical thinking, problem solving, time management and organizational skills developed in a fast-paced
working environment.
• Functional knowledge of all MS Office applications.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well in a team environment.
Job Duties:
• Keeps to Departmental and Organization Goals.

• Maintains a System Approach for Office Management and Administrative Support.
• Acts as an Effective and Available Resource.
